I'm going to start at the top of the page and work my way down. :p
The header is simple, but it gets the point across. The logo is also pretty simple, but it's better than no logo. :p
I like the title bar below the red header. It gives the user a little more information about your page. This is a good spot for your search box as well, which I can see you've put on the right side. The actual search button could use a little help though, as I think the padding is a little off. In Firefox, the word "Search" is about 5 pixels from the top of the button, and 2 pixels from the bottom. It should be easy enough to fix though from your CSS file.
The navigation is good, I like the rollover effect. Your sidebar is pretty basic, but it gets the job done. I leave that the way it is.
Now, as for the main content:
When I first looked at the page, all I saw was a large mass of text. List all the categories detracts from your nice header and sidebar. I would suggest listing only the first three categories of each section to cut down on the clutter. Maybe put them in bullet format to make them look nice and organized.
The footer should probably include the same links you have in your header, just so the user doesn't have to scroll all the way up the page to navigate your site.
