Myflight.com is a good name, in fact it's a brandable keyword and therefore there could be many parties interested in it. Try to sell it to the enduser. You may develop it yourself but it would require some handsome budget; there is too much competition in this field.

As far as the monetary value is concerned I'd value it at low $x,xxx - mid $x,xxx (enduser).

MyNames are popular at the moment for some reason. I don't like them, personally, but it doesn't matter what I think. Agree with Jawed. I'm sure one of those "space travel" domainer people would love to have it.

Perhaps this is a name that would be best geared toward private jet services (companies like Netjet) or upscale travel.
Not sure about value but I think a pleasant surprise is possible should the right end user set his sights on the domain name.

I could see an app being made out of this with information regarding your upcoming flight. It could alert you to any delays/cancellations. You could also have boarding passes loaded on your phone (kinda like how Google Now does).

When you make millions, please remember who came up with the idea.

Low Four figures easily, also from domainers.
Mid Four figures up to low Five figures possible from endusers.
I would say even low six figures is possible with a lot of luck, marketing and maybe years of patience

I just want to make sure I am interpreting your x,xxx notation correctly... Seems like the consensus is that $5,000 +/- a thousand or two would be a good deal? Would $10K be too much to ask for it?

In my opinion, 10.000 is a more than fair price, also for the buyer. I would ask 20.000.
But if you need money fast, then high x.xxx - low xx.xxx is ok.
But if i were you, i would either wait for an enduser with deep pockets or start a marketing compaign and contact all potential endusers and see if any of them is interested for mid xx.xxx. Maybe even find a broker with experience and connections in this field.

Anyway, some examples (and i think MyFlight is better than these):
MyDriver.com , sold for $10.000 and now a developed website by Sixt
MyBreak.com sold for $20.000 to a spanish company, MyBreak.es
MyMilk.com sold for $20.000 to an indonesian company and a developed website
MyDiabetes.com sold for $12.500, a developed website now

Yes, but as i mentioned, an important aspect of domain sales is your ability as a seller to market and to negotiate and of course patience and luck. The same domains in the hand of other sellers could have been $5.000 or $50.000 sales (or whatever), depending on those aspects. Therefore there is absolutely no guaranty in this biz. Thats why you often see better domains sold for lower prices and inferior domains for higher prices.

But you can use genuine past sales of similar quality domains as part of your negotiation strategy to support your asking price.

What I meant is that singular is more appropriate with ‘my’ prefix. As DU explained above, you don’t fly in two aeroplanes at the same time. So every flight is your flight if you have booked your place in it.
