Please help and beware!!

I noticed some of my names, in EVERY registrar, were missing. I've since been in contact with my account managers (and some others to say the least) to have them help me recover my names.

So far I've only been able to get one name back and it's been a few weeks which is very concerning.

What can I do to get my names back? Do I have to hire a lawyer and go after the thief?

BTW: The names are now registered to this person which won't respond to my attempts at contacting him.

what registrar are you with? a lot of ppl like to go with the cheapest registrar, but don't realize that you give up realibility and support for those ultra-cheap fees

I"m with many different registrars but predominantly use Godaddy and Moniker...which have both been very helpful in the process. Enom and the other registrars that have a few names, haven''t been helpful at all.

I have changed ALL passwords and am so paranoid that I'll be changing them every week or so until I feel safe again.
