Dispute with SEDO, Please help!!!

I used SEDO to negotiate the sale of one of my domain names. The buyer paid SEDO by check but SEDO has never contacted my company saying the sale was finalized. Four years have passed and I have yet to be paid. The domain name at issue was transferred 8 months after SEDO recieved the check from the buyer. The negoatiations with SEDO were done solely by e-mail and I have been unable to get a straight answer from them. At this time, my objective is to get my domain name back. The buyer has not been using the domain name in question. What should be my next step? Is this a case which is likely to win in an arbitration proceeding?

Agree with above poster. Sedo has improved slightly in the last few years. If you can't get anywhere with PM's then go public on the forums. Name and Shame is a good tactic when all else fails.
