I'm not sure how the new gTLDs will pan out, though .guru seems to have a decent amount of potential.

I know it's purely speculative, but what do you think it would fetch?

For a new extension, there are plenty of 1 word names available, why would you register a 2-word domain. Its too long as well imo

No offense to all domainers but I am a domainer too and I think domainers will only pay you reseller prices and if a domaininvesting.guru did missed out on such an oppurtunity to grab this domain name before you did then he is not a Guru LOL :D and if he is really a Guru then he left it out specifically for some reasons that only the GURUS know :D

Some people are very excited about the possibilities (irrational exuberance?) of new extensions.
You can probably sell it to someone who has just been bitten by the domaining bug.
As for how much $, nobody really knows...
Just pick a price at random (as long as it's profitable) and start marketing it - everywhere you can.
The longer you wait, the less feverish the buyer pool may be.
