Thanks for your opinion. I actually was already offered $1,000 for it by a stock portfolio manager who wanted to have his blog on it.
Anybody else can make a comment?
Thanks in advance. I value all opinions.

Well, considering it is only taken in .COM, and the term is not even taken in another domain name I think $1000 is a fair offer. I would take it.

It is a Four Word domain with 0 Searches than has been registered for 2 months.

Thanks, bmugford. can you please elaborate "0 searches" part?
Thank in advance.

The Word Tracker score is 0. The Google Keyword Tool shows "Not enough data" for Broad, Phrase, Exact searches.

It might be brandable, but $1000 for a 4Word.com is a strong offer.

I agree in principle. However this is why I said "brandable". Brand dev brings searches. If you'd go to the links I provided, you'd see that many established sites (including the likes of AOL) use this phrase. It's a"coined" phrase.
As far as 4 words... Remember ForSaleByOwner?
I'd rather have a good 4 worder than two word meaningless combo. Unless it's, again, brandable.
Anyway, I'll keep it for now but I appreciate your input.

No offense, but you are seriously overvaluing this domain if you think $1000 isn't fair.

It is a marginal phrase with 4700 Google results.

When you get into 3-4 word domains there are too many combinations unless it is a category killer like "For Sale By Owner". There is no real comparison between the two.

The term "For Sale By Owner" is taken in thousands of domains, the term "Stocks on the Radar" is taken in 1 domain, that is 2 months old.

There are millions of "brandable" domains, most don't have any real intrinsic value without finding an end user.

I would personally say the name is worth Low - Mid $XX.

No offense, but domain is worth as much as one is ready to pay for it.
Again, I see your reasoning and I see your point.
Thanks for your valuation, I really appreciate it.

You are right, a domain is worth as much as someone is willing to pay for it. In this case, a $1000 offer is awesome. There are not going to be a lot of buyers for this one, in fact, the person that made the offer just might be the only one to do so. Good luck with your domain, imho it is not worth more than the reg fee.

The problem with sitting on golden eggs is.....They never hatch. I think you should have snatched his hand off, $ 1000 is a very good offer IMO also. Good luck anyway.
