My orderly used to tell me this, "when life gives you lemons, make lemonade". The sweetest drink in the world will be no match for the welcome release of the monkey on your back when you grace delete this entire lot. IMO.

and if mine are crap, then what makes these not crap?

I have More than that Probably 40 But that does not mean they will sell! And if they don't I will dump Them to the highest Paying Buyer . There are many aged domains being given away (I got 1 for free 10 years old a couple weeks ago). Pagerank 3,4,5,6 and 7 Going for reg fee $ If the domain is Not what the buyers are looking for.. Then thats it.

If appraisals were built upon percentages for various attributes I doubt age would even cover 1%

The major defining attributes are keywords, extension and competition.

To take an example from my own signature shamelessly:

Obviously Law.com would be the ultimate to own and cost anyone millions to acquire

InjuryLaw.com would be worth in the tens of thousands because of the desirable name in a hugely competitive field and could even reach the $100,000+ mark if someone really wanted it

Injury-Law.com would be worth a few thousand due to the hyphen not being ideal but getting by on the strength of its keywords

Injury-Law.biz is next to useless and reg fee even though it does have the keywords, pretty much everyone hates the extension.

My own info works (to an extent) because of the implied value of the keywords and the fact people do want to know where they stand much of the time.

The further you get away from major keywords and major extensions the more value you lose, if you have a completely made up term unless it fits with what you are trying to focus on you are going to be stuffed at every turn.

Zabya.com does have some potential, but the trouble is...where are you going to find the end users?

If you are going to stick with .biz then go for MAJOR keywords only (exact city and town names work too), submersible is next to useless because your average person doesn't want to buy a nuclear submarine unlike the military who would never trust anything lless than a .com or maybe a .gov/.mil

If you want to do it in that niche then go for a keyword like diving.biz

There is virtually no value at all in any .biz domain, only the highest order in any niche really has any chance for now
