Since Yugoslavia no longer exists this name is only useful for historical purposes. .org would have been OK but .org.uk tends to suggest a UK-based non-profit of some sort.
In another extension (.com/.net/.org/.info) it could be developed in a meaningful way but not in .org.uk imo. Regfee.
