Xwebmasters is brandable and maybe worth the dev if you have ideas.

But without the dev, your still only looking at maybe low $xx.

All others are reg-fee or less in value.

To be honest I would drop them all without project and funds for appropriate project
I like this one - ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT METHODS - but it's so long and so general term.
ARTICLE SPINNER PRO is just good name (brandable domain) for service if you really provide such services. I think this one has some value and could be easy sold on Flippa with appropriate description and minisite in XX-XXX.
Others - do not know.

XWebmasters.com - $xxx IMO, it's a solid, brandable name and would work in the adult affiliate niche.

The rest I don't have an opinion on, don't see any obvious value without dev. Kinda long.
