"Google' is a TM, drop the name asap

Interesting name? Value depends on PR, domain age & other factors.

I think although part of it is a tm, it could still be a subject of fair use, if strong disambiguation exists. I cannot advise you how to deal with an eventual transfer, as the side to which it is transferred can claim it didn't know tm issues car arise and may ask for a refund if not for damages.

The digit in the middle is an additional burden for the value, but somehow it makes the name to appear more informal and far away from the business, which in case of tm part in the name is a plus.

I cannot assess the exact value, however I think the value can be in the low to mid $XX if you wait long enough. The domain maintenance fee could be more than the value you will receive on selling it.

Your argument has been hashed out here on namepros ad infinitum, read up in the legal section and ask questions in that section. In short names like yours get handed back to trademark rights holder when they decide they want it. What is fuzzy here? it's that we dont know the agreed relationship the owner of that other site has with googleโ„ข, but we do know you dont have an agreed relationship with googleโ„ข. Proceed at your own risk of having the carpet pulled out from you, but dont get upset at us for valuating your name at zero because of that.

Firstly, dont post the forum and ask for advice if you aren't going to take it.

Secondly, you cant have "Google" in a domain name, simple as that

Read through this - http://www.namepros.com/legal-issues-and-disputes/

You signed up this month and have 3 posts and you are arguing...seriously man...

I said I have no idea
I couldn't said it better!
Instead of Searching for "seo Google", you should be searching for "Cheap UDRP Defence lawyers" as you may need one.

I am starting to feel like a broken record lately with all the TM names being asked for appraisal, only to read the backlash posts from the very members asking for help on those TM names.

As already posted several times by several Expert Domainers, your best option is to contact your registrar and ask for a Grace Delete, requesting a refund or credit, if not too late. Otherwise, just delete the name from your account and save yourself potential legal troubles down the road.

Being so new to Domaining it may be difficult for you to fully comprehend or understand the many posts regarding the aforementioned. However, the best help we can provide, in addition to what has already been provided, is for you to read, read and when done, read again; the legal section of this forum, paying special attention to anything regarding TM names.

Doing so now will provide you with crucial information regarding TMs, which if you yourself should decide to get serious about Domaining and moreover, Domaining Law, just might keep you from potential legal woes moving forward. Providing of course, you steer clear of TM names in the future.
:imho:

Best of luck to you.

Definitely listen to what has already been said about TM's but also remember that if you decide to risk it (and not take the advice of seasoned professionals) and you sell for a profit that does NOT put you in the clear as it can still come back to YOU.

Sorry reply was at the same time as yours, nice to see youve taken the advice given
