Excellent name.
I think it's better to develop this one. Put up some mock interviews, mock United NAtion Conferences, etc.
Put a lot of interviews or links to Quora answers and monetize well.
Although you won't find a product to sell, you can monetize it with College ads, institute ads and adsense.

If you wish to sell, hold on to this and wait for buyer to approach. Park it with Afternic in the meantime.
Sell it for mid xxx to low xxxx when/if someone comes to buy this.
