Just wondering how much is upload.so worth? The domain is a one word .so extension domain suitable for hosting - files, images etc.

If you're operating an upload site and trying to avoid liability for what is uploaded, registering overseas looks better to the people looking to abuse your service.

If you're going for sketchy, you nailed it. Unfortunately, there's no other audience for this domain. You might have a few bucks in resale, maybe a little increased traffic if you're doing suspect things with the domain (over, say, .us or .ws). Some people look for these types of extensions when seeking a service like what this site would provide.

Upload is a brilliant word but like others here say - Somalia and its ccTLD .so is unpopular, partially due to the country's instability.

Id take a guess though in saying that Pirates.so might be worth some!

This is another one of those names that doesn't really have any end user value..But still, it can be easily developed. Plus, that niche is pretty easy to get traffic for. You could have a simple script and ads up on there in no time and pulling revenue from it
