Hypehnated domain yet good from SEO purposes, so it wont help you in reselling, just in development. Start a web hosts directory and put some paid hosting affiliate ads along with adsense and you are set, this domains wont need much SEO, as it has good keywords in the name itself

I say the value for it if developed would be around low xxx depending on the traffic.
I suggest you to not to sell it without developing it.you might only get the reg fee.

I think this domain is best to be developed into webhost directory site.

On its own now...I will say its reg fee because...it has hyphens and most people dont want hyphens and yours has two..

But if you set up a good quality site with it and get visitors to it, then you can resell later for much more than reg fee...

I dont like hypens ..people tend to forget them so if you get loyal visitors and they want to come back to your site and they type in they will go to you site without hyphens.com
