Not a bad domain name at all. The extension goes well with the keywords. I think you could use the domain name as part of the slogan for the website. "Forums 2 net you ideas" or something to that affect.

Developed you are looking at xxx, undeveloped should get you mid xx to a reseller.

It used to be a developed forum (you can still see google's cache) so thats where the PR came from.

The name alone is worth reg fee. With it's current traffic, it's worth about 6-12 x monthly revenue @ SEDO.
