Domain hacks work much better when based on words that people/geeks on the net would like, about tech, domains, etc. There are always exceptions, of course, but by their very essence hacks are difficult for Joe Public to remember or understand how to type in. Something like doma.in of course is great, or blo.gs, but yours is very far outside what would be valuable as a hack, in my opinion. There are still thousands of better hacks, maybe many times that, since there are so many dictionary words, places, etc., and so, so many ccTLD's to make hacks from.
Nice try, but I'd have to say 0 on this one, sorry about that.
There's always the wild card factor, that someone in or from that city might just love it for a sitename, but you'd have to do a lot of legwork to find them and convince them, I think.
