That is incorrect, plenty of worthless domains are registered in multiple extensions, doesn't mean they have value.

Domain hacks are more speculative, you are going to need luck (lots of).

The problem with this name is lack of focus: names like ca.rs or swinge.rs have a clear purpose but buyers ?

IMO it will be tough to find any buye.rs for this one. Statistically what are the odds you are going to make a sale, think about it but good luck %%-

lol. I have read alot about hacks. But probably the most important thing that I've learned is that they are highly speculative. They might be worth 0 to one person and 1,000,000 to another.

For perspective, the hack answe.rs was sold on namepros for $150 dollars. 1 year later that hack was flipped for $20,000.

You can't appraise domain hacks. At least not here. Your name is definitely not worthless but you can have a hard time finding a buyer.

You must remember, there always a handful of sales like this but if you think of the sale like that compared to the thousands of similar names that are registered every year, its like winning the lottery to make a sale like that

The way I see it is this: there would be a niche for answe.rs as it can be turned into any question and answer site. With buye.rs, there is no niche. Buye.rs of what? what are people buying but not selling? A lot more can be done with answe.rs then can be done with buye.rs..

I'd try to build it into something though, anything.. just to see if you can make some money off of it.

I dont like domain hacks. I dont find most of them valuable. And certainly none of the names in this thread are valuable for me. But this is my opinion. Good luck with them.

I don't see any value in your domain hack, but that is only my opinion. If you want to keep it for long term hold then you can consider to change domain registrar (Ninet is too pricey). Here are good alternatives for .rs registration: Eunet or Loopia. Unfortunately there is no ICANN accredited registrar here in Serbia, but those two are good and reliable.

Btw, forget about ca.rs, because that domain is reserved for city Čačak and will never be available for registration.
