Hacks are a strange animal. If you have a market or a buyer in mind it may be worth somewhere in the $$$$ area - waiting on a buyer, maybe never sold.

Hi thanks for the reply ,yes I agree hacks are a very speculative investment ,the only reason I grabbed this one was being the first part of the hack MODE has relatively large search volume and is a 4L dictionary word ,I think it has a good potential as a dropshipping site but hacks are very unpredictable....maybe I could develop it myself at some point ....thanks again for your feedback.

Absolutely, the development possibilities are there. My comment was simply on the domain alone, from the point of someone who wouldn't have the insight into the value a developer would recognize.
