If I were to develop these names I would develop around the name for instance

Ginem = nice dev. related to Gin
Gebun = nice dev. related to Bun

But since 5 letter are brandables they can be dev. anyway you want it.

actually I have created my own cms for the minisites and I am planning to launch many mini sites and at the moment looking for good domains and development plans .. Thanks very much xman for your help ..

Sorry but these are poor choices for simple minisites. They don't mean anything and thus will take extra effort to get any meaningful traffic.

If you aim to develop AND brand them as something that's a different matter, but again, that will take extra time and $.

Good domains for development that don't involve having to spend time, money and effort branding are keyword and generic domains - not these off-beat brandable types.
