Ok guys...some domains I would like appraising please

designrich.com - plan to develop some type of site.. Dunno what though ??
designrich.co.uk -

doitjobs.com .co.uk - ?? sell probably.

excitingrecipes.com - plan to develop this into culinary/cuisine site or maybe links..

foly.net - Has massive google results circa - 350,000 at present?! I know you are not supposed to base domain values on this now are we?? isnt it all about "growing the brand?"
thinking of doing ppc and parking along with a load of other names not listed..

casinosupremo.com - possiblity of developing into casino site. Have the tech knowhow and contacts...but not the gambling knowhow at this time?!

I like excitingrecipes.com. Undeveloped it could sell for low $ xxx. But if you develop it as you are considering it can easily go up to low $ x,xxx.

It's not uncommon to have differing opinions since domain name appraisal is just that.

My appraisals are not end-user prices. There is no way to determine what an end-user will pay for a domain name... so you can't hold previous offfers from end users against me... since you didn't mention them.

If you have an offer in the mid-hundred I'd take it.

exactly as you say...domains are very subjective apart from generic ones like food.com or news.com which we all probably dream of but will never own most likely

$175 is what I was offered. so more low xxx really! Am undecided at present but thanks.

For $ 250 I would let it go, unless you are determined to put in the effort to develop it.
