The .us namespace is highly speculative at this time and keywords such as this are regularly found for registry fee. If you aren't buying .us names to develop or aren't prepared to hold them long term, I would suggest not buying .us names.
For the record, I am very, very pro .us. I believe the 'odds' are right to take the risk associated with acquiring and carrying them, but they aren't good domainers-domains since the end-user market isn't that strong (as of yet) and they don't 'flip well' to other domainers playing the greater-fool game of hot potato.
Both names are good. Though .com is unoficial .us anyway, it is very well defining the service and good 2-worders. With thousands of companies providing building services, e.g., I assume somebody might be willing to pay mid $xxx for it.
