The symptom checker domains can be used for medical symptoms or computer virus symptoms. I would say the .eu high $xxx and the .mobi mid $xxxx. If the .mobi was developed into a symptom checker app, that would be so cool for people to use on their mobile phones when they are sick.

The spanish one I can't help you with.
