Please give opinions on SustainableBaby.com related to green eco-friendly baby products and resources.

also there is a cloth diaper company that claims the TM for "sustainable//babyish" (no slashes) which I don't understand why, but if I tried to sell to them would I have issues?

sustainable//babyish appear to be exactly in the same feild your talking about and might claim there your inspiration for the reg. Which is not good. Sustainable//babyish™ not poping up on a tm search for me but there probably a reason for that. My guess is that sustainable//babyish™ decided to avoid the ugly term "sustainable//baby" (like a baby clinging on to life) and passed on your name, instead tacked a "ish" on the end, or they did it to make getting a TM easyer. Possible TM aside, I would still give it a $0 just on not liking the word grouping from a person that dont know this area opinion. (I must add that if it had Diapers in there it would be longer, but to me at least it would be better)

I bought Sustainablebaby.com on backorder for my husband who is into woodworking and making baby toys. Googling it I saw your diaper company, but I really have no interest in cloth diapers for this name. I guess it was more of a legal question to the namepros crowd for me to learn.

I should add, he is goin gmore the furniture route with his woodworking, so I'm not sure what to do with this name now, hence the question to NP
