I like Halo3forum but the trademark would surely stall any sale or development?
I would say locate an existing forum or site owner with related domains or sites and try to market it to them.

Has to be mid XX at best.

Halo3Forum.com is a forum, looks like a nice one too from my fast look at it. I would think this would make the .net a tough competion.
