The singular 'tool' makes it sound a bit weird. Is it just one skateboard tool?
Gear or Equipment would sound better to my ears. Or tools maybe.

Can't see much value in it, but others might..

If you have not been able to sell it in 11 years - drop it like a hot potato imo.
