These are all bad.

Grace delete them as soon as possible. If you want detailed appraisal you should post one domain instead of a lot. But I guess this does save time. IMO.

TM Infringement on the Kinect names. Delete them ASAP. Read up on TMs so you have a greater understanding of them, before registering anymore names. Doing so now will save you time, money and potential legal woes in the future.

The shower names I just don't see anything there, unless of course, you're in the shower door business and planning to develop the names for personal usage.

If they are fresh Regs, contact your registrar straight away, ask for a grace delete on all of them and request a refund or credit. :imho:
