To be honest, I doubt that those tm's are really existing. I can't find one for pedia alone either. Of course my search wasn't very extensive but the tm seems somewhat farfetched.

Anyway, I agree with the remark that the .biz kills the value. As a .com, .net and .org you could get from $xxx to $xxxx but the .biz is basically regfee to $xx.
