Cafeterias is a word in Spanish related a place in which people go to eat a fast food. The name has more potential than you believe but you should look for a Latin market. I would develop a site for cafeterias owners to post ads or a directory for cafeterias and restaurants.
I think this place as a developed site would bring traffice very fast as people would look for a loca place to eat a fast food.
The only problem is the extension but you can make a lot of SEO and advertising to make the people remember the right extension.
No one is going to give you even low xxx but developed this domain could esily bring high xxxx in a decade or so.
