Please appraise newhomesales.org

I have received multiple offers for this domain, and have turned both down. The offers were pretty decent too. I think this domain has an incredible upside, and could be used by an end user looking to sell new homes, report new home sales, realtors, etc

IMO.. this domain surely sold to end user not reseller. i guess reseller not interested about .org extension.. i has experience sell .org domain and it is sold to end user. maybe $300-$600(end user price) for this one.. i'm not sure about reseller price, maybe $100-$200.

Thanks for the appraisal. Would be very happy to get $700-$1000 from end user

Low xx

An enduser would not use .org.

.net is available to buy with no bids.

If they really want the 'NEW HOME SALES' domain, and .org is much cheaper than .net, no?

If a Company starts a Business in this Category they should have enough Money for a good domain name.

This looks $20-50 max for reseller, $100 max enduser.

Sold it today for $588, I know I could have put some effort in and spent a few dollars and got more, but it's my first ever domain sale, so i will take it.

I may steal that line, I like it so much:)

$588 is a good price. Always think about the domains you could by with that money (compared to the name you are selling.) You could turn around and buy a much better name (or couple of names) with that money. Keep the cash flowing - and congratulations on a solid first sale.

Thanks for the comments, I am definitely going to stick with .coms (unless I see something in a .org that speaks to me like this domain did) ;)

Congratulations Man.

The best thing is that you have started with a Sale, so that would be a huge morale booster, and I am sure with time you are only going to improve at picking better names, and flipping them for better money.

And yeah, Stick to .coms.

First sale is like first love. ;)

All the best.

I honestly don't believe you had multiple offers that you turned down, but that's okay. The important thing is that you made a good sale.Nice way to start off! Yeah, stick to .com and if it's a good enough term, .net. You now have the cash to buy a decent domain in the aftermarket. Congrats on your sale--you're really getting somewhere :)
