It is the the kind of name that will get reasonable traffic and but no interest from those visitors. Typos/confusion traffic won't work when it is domainers making the error.
The other thing is who is ever going to develop on a name like this? It has a strong smell of desperation about it.
Even if RJ knows it and doesn't care, the name is worthless. Why do you expect any sensible person to waste his money on a domain name which is already an established brand on a different extension?
He asked if it infringes upon a trademark, not whether you can own it. Realistically RJ would probably need a TM in Australia to have a strong case, but the key point in my view that nobody is going to put anything significant into a name like this.
