(I heard that it is TM infringement, but I see A LOT of fan sites using TM in their names and I don't think Google is bothering to do anything while it contributes to it's publicity, unless it is something spoiling it's image.)

Even if it wasn't TM infringement, I would steer clear of any domains that have a version number in them. For one, Android 4 is already out. How many more tablets are going to be created in the future on Android 3?

You don't even want to try get into the area of 'it's a TM but I heard they don't pursue you if you're 'helping their image/publicity/product'.'

Usually that's a huge WRONG, and essentially you're playing russian roulette by regging any TM name period.

I remember this from when Android first came out! Something about Lucas films had the Trademark from Star Wars.
