domain Please Appraise my domain I just purchased

simracing.us is the domain name.

I plan on having a network of sites and this will be the portal to all of them. Obviously sim racing is what these sites will be about.

simracing.net is selling for $1800 so I was curious as to what this one i just purchased would get appraised for.

Did you buy it from me from Sedo?

I liked the domain a lot when I had it, and I had a racing league running there. Its value really depends on the future of sim racing. I had simracing.net's sale in mind when using it.

Funny you say that because I did a google search and pagerank when I bought it to see what the domain name once was.

I also run a sim racing league at www.simracingworld.net <<another domain name I liked very much. I was thinking about changing the league to the simracing.us but Haven't decided yet.

And your right about the future of sim racing. The sim racing community is a little scattered thanks to iracing. But I think it will be back strong again once EA sports loses it's rights to all NASCAR products. I can only hope, because their "sim" absolutely sucks!!

Yes, I completely agree about EA (as well as the rest of the sim racing community does).

Good luck with your league! We currently run at www.scca-racing.com but we're undergoing a lot of changes right now. It's actually for an older game, NASCAR Heat, but a lot of people in our league race NR2k3.
