Great Keyword. The only flaw is the extension. That being said, I still feel this name has potential of mid $xxx to low $xxxx reseller value. IMHO

Surprisingly, English is the official language in Belize (.bz). There aren't many past sales to research, but the highest I believe was in the low x,xxx range. It's not a marketable extension and the target group, especially which uses the internet, is small. I'd say xxx range just because of the great keyword.

Just as a quick reference for you. Law.bz is on Flippa right now with a current bid of $300. And job is a much stronger keyword in my opinion.

Top keyword. The extension just isn't popular but this domain is good for the local market. I would gear for low $$$$ end user - or develop. One of the few valuable .bz domains imo.

No that wont affect the value, just shows that you can still hand reg some nice domains if you take time to search and look.

Thanks for your input ... I did a quick 5 minute development on it.. It actually now has real "Jobs" people can apply for on it....

The domain didnt cost me much so I'll probably just sit on it until a $x,xxx offer comes.

As long as you are not intending to wait for next 10 years, sell it away if you catch somebody who wants it

Im a web developer by trade going on 10 years now... But what you see on job.bz is just automated content via an affiliate program. If you can create cnames, forward domains and do simple coding its easy. The top and bottom banners and just CPA banners inserted via HTML.
