domain .BZ Drop Madness

I am still shell shocked over this one

Some guy basically monopolized the top 100 keywords in the .bz namespace all the way back in 2001. For some real ODD reason, every single one of them dropped. I was able to get around 43 of those keywords (the other ones are available still , so get scanning!)

I spent around $1,100 on .bz registrations (which i would have never imagined myself to do ) but i do believe it will be a solid ROI.

Anyways here are the names . I know some are better then others. This IMO will be a great "expiriment" to see how much money people are really willing to pay for good keywords.

I haven't been able to sell my Poker.in for over a year and a half, and it has nothing to do with no one being interested in it nor does it mean the name isn't of high quality. As far as Sam's names go, Travel.bz especially could be flipped for low $x,xxx pretty easily...Travel.ext names are very hard to come by. The old owner may have been asking for too much for all the names, and/or died before he got a chance to sell them. After all, why not auction them off if you KNOW they're good and are going to drop and you don't want to renew?

Travel.anything is worth a lot, as travel is one of the most powerful domain keywords and it is very tough to get Travel in any extension. .bz has a little more worth than most lowr-end ccTLDs like .vg, .tc, etc. because of its LL.bz and NN.bz markets. Most decent keywords are already taken in .bz while available in many other ccTLDs...bottom line, it's on the upper end of low-end ccTLDs. Given both of those things, I don't think it would take much effort for a low $x,xxx flip of Travel.bz. I'm not saying it would sell in 5 seconds once listed (it actually is already listed on Sedo), but I don't think he would have to wait longer than half a year to get that much.

The reason why I said what I said about Poker.in was to illustrate that perhaps the previous owner was asking for too much, which is a common way for a domain NOT to sell even if there is interest in it. By the way, happy 1,500th post to me, lol.

Looks like one of my .bz names earned a whopping $24 today in parking . Blind luck! I can pay off my entire investment within 2-3 months off that one name
