The .ME extension is dying. I think it best to avoid ccTLD in general especially .CO and .ME. The final domain up for appraisal breaks the 14 Character Rule of Domains. I recommend grace deleting all of the above ASAP and focusing on the .COM aftermarket and .COM new construction.

DatabaseSystems is the right keywords to a certain extent but the .org is not the best and might be misleading. You could possibly market that one as a cloud type domain for investors and end users. It should be a mid $xx name if you pursue with that.

Micro is right. .ME extension is dying pretty quick and is VERY hard to resell. The best resells in this extension tend to be play one words like Date.ME or Find.ME. Look more for verbs that can combine with the .ME but even then be wary, these are REALLY hard to get back your investment.
