Hi Guys,

Just looking for some opinions on this more than anything.

Bought this with only the intention of developing and just wanted to hear other peoples thoughts.

Being a UK resident and with the domain being a co.uk it will obviously only be aimed at the UK but I do also have the .net.

...across the pond in the colonies we say "raise"...if "rise" is the Mother country's way of spelling it then you got a nice nugget of gold that may develop handsomely with frequent hungry visitors, if it is just a misspelling you got a challenge. That's about it.

Rise is the word here, we don't call it a raise :P

...interchangeable, I've used both "raise" and "pay raise" quite comfortably.

I think that with the proper development and marketing techniques. you may have a real winner.

Especially in these hard times those that do have jobs are looking for a little something extra. Perhaps a pay rise in terms of an outside occupation (like domaining?)
