I think this is a very good domain name. Obviously its not nearly the value of .com but I would be very happy if I owned this name. Estibot says 18k, but I think you need the right buyer. Siteprice.org says 6k.

I am the owner and wanting to sell, with functioning site attached included. It is generating leads apparently, but as i dont know anyhting about code websites, only wordpress, i have no idea how to mpdify it... the leads are being sent to the old owner who is a nice guy who keeps in tpuch with me for the sake of the site, as he knows im trying to sell it. I bought it for $xx,xxx this year, and there were many offers for those numbers also, and one guy defaulted payments for $xxx,xxx so the previous owner, who i bouht it off repossessed it last yeat or something. .

Anyway includes the website that automatically imports fresh listings daily from some other usa classifieds site, but i dont know how this works or anything like that.. the buyer can figure it out when he accesses the backend...

As I mentioned before, great domain. I work in real estate and have several real estate and mortgage related domains. Your domain could be worth alot, if it was fully developed, generating and selling leads. It's not hard with a name like that and you could do much better on the value. Think about it. An average real estate deal generate x,xxx in commissions. You just need to develop it. If you do, then down the road you could be looking at high prices in terms of the domain, the site, the leads.

If you don't want to get involved in all that, you probably won't see as much on just the name. It's not exactly homes(dot)com or home(dot)com, etc. You could probably look into renting the name also. There are plenty of lead gen companies that might be interested I'm sure.

Great domain name though, I just think if you fully developed it, you would maximize its value.

Well it is generating a few leads still, as it imports fresh content daily from oodle or whatever it is. Sorry i dont know as im in australia..and i dont understand non wordpress sites.

Might have to spend time doing it up more...

But previous guy had healthy offers this year for those interested innthe domain only, as he said it would be cool to put on his business card and stuff.

yes, I think it really is a fantastic domain and website, i just wih i knew how to use dreamweaver and stuff to develop it, its custom site was built for about 5k and imports listings daily, and can easily be tweaked to import rentals and other stuff I've been told.
