Please appraise the follwing domains:

The 1st one is just a domain name without a site, the 2nd is a fully functioning wordpress website with 200 average visitors per day (Used to be much higher).

The third is a fully functioning blackberry forum, which gets an average of 1 visitor per day. Ha.

It has huge potential and it is extremely brandable.

Don't take it personal. It might be brandable but own its on it will only be worth something if users are searching for that term. At the moment no local exact matches = 0 zilch nada if you go for brandable domains you need to develop them. I will give you an example I have a few dictionary one word Uk domains which Get appraised for zero even though there are some searches of that term you better off going for product related domains if you are looking for a quick flip.
