I entirely agree with the above. As soon as you intend to develop it you'll hear from Google and it will be taken away. Furthermore, as far as I know Google deals with MarkMonitor

I have dealt with lawyers for TM problems before and it is NOT a pleasant call to get. Push it somewhere, quickly, lol.

I don't think googles going to be an asshole about it though. Since the name she registered is also a number I don't know how much exactly they can do. Plus how would google look sueing a single person. I think they might buy it off her so they look good (or atleast don't look bad)

I disagree I think they would sue or just ask to hand it over. There is no way they would pay for it. Isn't it Googel that is a number??
