$300 would be a fairly nice offer for it I would say, I personally cannot really see much way to make money off of this name personally beyond hair colouring products and even that is a little sketchy

In that case I might hold out for a little more, Auburn seems to be a growth town having been in the "top 10 best place to live" in 2009
