.com was sold for $8600 last year, so I guess .biz should be worth about $400 to an end user. But I'm not sure, because I'm not familiar with .biz, this is just my guess.

It really is impossible to give an exact figure, as it all depends on how much a potential buyer is willing to pay.

But at least you can refer to these previous sales during negotiations to try to justify your price.
