It's my last name and I was going to brand it for my domaining business, but I'm curious to know what you guys would appraise it for to an end user?

I would say $0 IMO. If you were going to sell it to an end user, then there are a few companies with that name out there, i.e., http://www.yelp.com/biz/eason-enterprises-summerfield

But I do not see any value apart from that. And how much it is worth to them, just depends on what they would pay for it. If anything. But if I was writing a query letter, I would pitch price depending on what their main website looks like. If they did not have a website, and were a small company, I would test the water at low xxx - with a quick wordpress business card site added in - telling them I would handover the keys etc., with domain.

But in general, I would say the domain is worth $0.

Thanks, that was my plan if I was going the end user route instead of keeping it - to try to sell it to a company out there with the same name.
