I've owned both of these domains since 2008, and am curious as to what you guys think they'd appraise for.

I like AdvocacyOrganization. It's a length name but there's 100+ exact monthly searches and quite a bit of search results; many of which are actual advocacy orgs. I'd say XXX to an end-user for that one.

FirstCondominium, not much value in my opinion

I think AdvacacyOrganizations.com falls into that low-mid $xxx range. The singular form is in the mid $xx range, imo.

FirstCondominium.com could be some kind of beginners guide to purchasing their own condo, but with no development, I would call it a reg fee...
