It seems like it has a well developed website on it.

It is 100% owned by me. Not sure why you think I'd waste anyone's valuable time on here asking a question like that if I didn't own it. I've owned it since late 2018. The website you see now I built in late 2022 to help increase the value of the domain. That's why I'm asking for an opinion on just the domain value itself.

HE OWNS IT. He responded to me on LinkedIn, confirming it and including a screen capture of the domain in his GoDaddy account. The LinkedIn account is also very established. It definitely wasn't set up yesterday with no connections.

Welcome @brettdavid , I have no idea whats going on here and why people are so skeptical... it's a domain name, your a human, a human needs to own the domain name, that's clearly whats going on

Honestly, this is comical. Anytime you want to friend me on LinkedIn as well, be my guest. I'll show you the same exact proof. Hell, I'll do you one better. I'll even do a screen share video of me with my face in it logging into my godaddy account with the domain there. As I said, I have no reason to lie.
