I can't check cpc or stats at the moment, but from a glance I can see this is a nice name with end users in an attractive market. Can't price it without research, but I would guess low four figures to the right buyer. I don't see length as a huge problem here,as each word is essential and the phrase succinctly describes a service.

...Although I basically agree with the Dawg that resellers may not desire the name for reasons already covered, the tightness of the group discussed, while not venturing to far afield, just may be receptive to a name that basically covers the gamut of their profession.

In other words, somebody may just have use for that most descriptive name.

Don't scare them away...

I took a quick second look. Seems to confirm. drugandalcoholtesting.com is held by BuyDomains and priced at $3688. Twice as many searches (US only), but a similar CPC of about $4.
Your name in quotes comes up with over 3 million results and several ads.

Drugandalcoholtest.com sold for just under $2000 in a few months ago. Still, your domain is more of a business to business item, and worth something. I'm guessing $700-$1700 to an end-user.
