It's a great keyword. As you suggest, it could be hard to sell for a profit. I would suggest development if you have the time and resources.

The only end users for this one are domainers and they are cheap
I doubt it would sell.

It was born to be dumped in a domainer forum! The good part is you might get two people new to domaining fight it up to low-mid xx I think it would sell assuming the auction started low. Update the thread if you sell it. Goodluck
