Ah, that's true. Did not think of that.
Because their TM was reg before the domain I presume?

The word CAR is the principle name. The the word toys is just an extension like .com .net etc.
You cannot trademark the name CAR, but I have been advised it can safely be used in conjuction with toys.
So for example if I made a website for toy cars there wouldn't be a problem.

You could sell this for mid x,xxx with decent outbound sales and cold calling. How much your willing to work for your special number however, is entirely up to you. Hold for a few years and that number goes up significantly.
