Ok, I was a bit high when doing a project for school and snapped these. What do you think? I think they have some potential..for a lawsuit

If you've been interested in domaining for 5 years or more, you should know by now about staying away from TM names... and that pretty much every appraisal on every forum is now 'get rid of them' for TM names, no one gives values anymore.

Now, at your present rate, you'll read my comment in about a year and a half, right? :P

Ok normally i would say TM issue, but in Germany where BMWs are produced, there are a LOT of HUGE Forums with the name BMW in them. Active since many many years and i am sure BMW knows about them. Like:

http://www.bmw-forum.de/

There are 3 possibilites,

- either BMW doesn't care
- or BMW likes them and sees them as a free type of advertising
- or the people behind these websites contacted BMW and got a permission for noncommercial fan sites / forums (the most likely possibility)

There are also a lot of forums, with the Name of the Model only excluding "BMW" in the Domain, like :

http://www.e46-forum.de/

http://www.1erforum.de/

These are probably safer than those with "BMW" included in their domain.

Anyway, about these Domains: they are 0$ Domains, not only because of possible TM issue, but because these are concept cars, aren't they?
If you are going to set up a forum and ask BMW for permission ok, but if you want quick bucks , then forget it, TM issue and not sellable.
