I like this one: 74,000 exacts, .org too...

I'd say approach some med/pharma companies, or therapists and offer this; could easily get mid $xxx imo, perhaps even high $xxx... I don't know if you could get $x,xxx, but I can definitely see low-mid $xxx.

Good luck!

This is a great domain that could easily reach premium status. The .org is a great fit for the keywords giving it that legitimacy sound to it and it does have a realistic end user in mind who would benefit from the domain name. The best part is there are likely several end users who would want this domain. Obviously it looks like it has easy development potential for Adsense and affiliate ads. Not really sure of a value though...

Negativ:

No websites with other extensions. all parked

Positiv:

- Good keyword with good exact searches 74.000 with mid-level competition for the keyword
- health related - matches the .org extension
- the above mentioned "negativ" fact (no websites with oder extensions) could turn in to positiv, if you develop, because then you have less competition with other keyword domains

What i would do is a wordpress blog, bring it up in Google, then search for buyers.

I would say somewhere in the
xx - xxx range (quick sale, no development)
xxx - xxxx range (with development, right buyer)

all in all good name.
good luck

Edit: possible buyers are like the owner of anxiety-treatment dawt c0m
