Trying to sell to local roofing business in Amherst Ma. Contacting via email and cold calls. Any opinions on what i should ask for the name?

How many potential end users are there? Looks like quite a small town?

Personally, i would send them all (however many there may be) and offer it to them for a "small fee" and see if anyone comes back to ask how much you want.

IMO $300-$500 asking price if you are approaching end users.

it is in a small-ish town. Amherst is where the University of Massachussetts and Amherst College are located, which gives the town a good economy. There are about 10-12 roofing contractors that have offices in the city, about 10 more in the neighboring town of Hadley, and 136 that are listing as serving the Amherst
area. So far no returns on my emails

Amherst is more a college town than anything. However when flipping domains, you can't expect to flip them all. Try marketing 10 and you should sell some if you are picking some decent ones. It's a numbers game.
