Could you please appraise them :)

I've already posted this thread, but looks like it was deleted due to one domain. That is just my guess, nobody told me why they deleted it.

Waiting for appraisals ^-^
Thanks in advance.

I would say $0 on 4Yahoo.com and AlexaTraffic.org.
Both have major TM issues.

These are blatant TM domains, drop them like a hot potato

Strange :)
4Yahoo is already making me more than 800-900$ per month.

And AlexaTraffic will make even more when I'll sell alexa traffic there.

But most interesting is that, if TM domains are so dangerous, why domains with twitter, facebook, youtube and other TMs are alive already couple years.

Okay, let's do it like this. What would be the price if you were not afraid of TMs

I guess that when TM owners will realize that you are exploiting the traffic generated by their respective TMs, your monthly earnings will drop from 800-900$ to ... 0$ ... plus some lawsuits, plus maybe the deletion of all your Yahoo accounts ...
Check who are the Registrants of 4Yahoo.net and AlexaTraffic.com ... :lala:
Low-mid xx$ for TN6.net:imho:.
Regards.

You keep posting Trademark Infringing names! Perhaps that is why your threads are being deleted!?

Absolute $0 value on the yahoo & alexa names. The fact that you not only admit, but are also quite comfortable with being a squatter is more disturbing than the names themselves.

TM issue doesn't mean that Yahoo and Alexa know about each and every domain name misusing their TM. that only means that these are extremely high-risk domain names. specially when you want to sell them, you have to find someone like yourself who doesn't give a f.... about trademark of other people.

I guess now they know, I've just informed by email both Yahoo domain admin and Alexa people.

I don't mind :) I'll build another website with same profits, not a problem for me. It's just that 4yahoo.com started to make income in first month, I guess it was good choice.

Lawsuits? Are you kidding? For example, I had some TM domains and owners of this TM offered me about 900$ to pass them domain without lawsuits, just to save time and money. It was like, buying piece of cake for 10$ and then selling for 900$ in 1 month. So no mate, you are wrong.

I hope they contact me ;)

Nobody ever mentioned in rules that Trademark Infringing names are not allowed.

Watch your language boy, I'm not your friend to talk with me like that ;) !

Ok, anyways, thanks for conversation at least. You can close this thread ;)

Sorry to disappoint you, but you are wrong, besides being a cybersquatter.
And now that you even publicly admitted that you do that, the company legal dept will have no issue in proving your bad faith in court.
Usually they settle when they are not sure to be able to prove all their reasons, but this case is so blatant that I guess they will not any difficulties in proving all.
P.S. Remember that in addition you will have to pay all parties legal fees, not only yours, this is how it works ... I see you have little legal skills ... so you will have bought for 10$ your "piece of cake", from which you got 900$, but you will have to spend thousands $ for legal fees ... what a nice deal ... LOL!:bah: ... what a masochist ...

Nobody ever mentioned in rules that Trademark Infringing names are not allowed.
TM infringing domains are not allowed by their own definition ... you will see in court ...

I think you will have some very bad surprises soon ...

P.S. Just an example for u. Recently I've helped Valentino Rossi (yes, the Italian MotoGP champion) lawyers with a guy who regged rossivalentino.it domain, infringing his TM. They didn't offer anything to the squatter, but going straight to cease-and-desist, NIC authority and lawsuit. That's it.

You original thread was not deleted, it was moved to the adult section because you had one adult name. Sorry but your in a professional domainer forum and as that we value obvious trademark names at $0

Warning to readers some people in the past state inflated income on their names hoping to do a quick sale for a fraction of the amount. Not saying your doing that OP just stating it has happen.

I feel that no matter whats said in posts on here that we should not "report" people domains to anyone. Goodluck.

Why waste time with this thread?

I am disinclined to acquiesce to your request for appraisal because you obviously do not want to listen to simple common sense that states that if you go up against the big dogs they will take chunks out of you and the cake crumbs you are trying to scoff too.

You know you have trademark domains, you know you will likely lose them in time and you just don't care and as far as I am concerned you are toxic..

You see, all you really have in the domaining community is your reputation and once that is shot to buggery that's it, no one except other CRIMINALS will do business with you and you will get scammed, cheated and screwed over because you have no law to fall back on.

I doubt anyone here will ever even want to buy a reg fee name off you now they know what your character is, I know for a fact that I wont buy anything that has had your fingers on it since I would never be quite sure of where it has been.

Anyways, since the rules/(more like guidelines really...) state that I must give an appraisal if replying I will say $0 plus a hefty lawman one of these days.

Ouch and you wonder why domaining has got a bad rep.

i couldn't care less how OP makes his money in china and if he can get away with it or not, but the main problem with people like OP is that their behaviour also indirectly has an impact on all other domainers and the domain industry as a whole. in a way, OP is causing harm to each and every "honest" domainer (those who at least respect other peoples intellectual property) and his business in the world.

all these "little" daily TM issues sum up and eventually we all end up as immoral cybersquatters in wikipedia. i have had quite a few negative reactions from end users to offers, just because many people can't distinguish and mostly because of people like OP who are ruining the reputation of domainers, for few bucks.

There goes you reputation here, you wont last long in this industry acting like that

The fact you have admitted making money out of someone's trademark has given them all the ammunition they need lol

Its not very bright to put this down in a public forum lol

Get rid of the names,

Ok...will probably get into trouble for this but it totally fits, and quite frankly I'm over proud cybersquatting scumbags:
